1. Register for the event using the event page link provided

2. Go to the event page 10 minutes before the event is set to start

3. Say hello with your name in the chat to let me know you are there

4. I will send a prompt to let you on: please wear headphones to prevent echo

5. That is all- I will provide an emergency contact just in case
