Thank you for your interest in Jenn The Tutor. If you are interested in pursuing SAT/ACT services please fill out this form to the best of your ability. The more information the better. If you are unsure, please feel free to skip the question. All ACT scores can be found by having the student log into ACT.org. All SAT and PSAT scores can be found by having the student log into CollegeBoard.org. If your student has not taken the ACT, SAT, or PSAT please ignore all questions requesting score information.
